Oracle is adding Engineered Systems IaaS services to its portfolio of cloud services offerings, supporting enterprise customers’ hybrid cloud deployments spanning both on-prem and off-prem data centers.
Based on the Oracle Big Data Appliance and Oracle Exadata Engineered Systems, these cloud services offer dedicated compute and storage resources – managed by Oracle – to enterprise customers.
By doing so, Oracle is leveraging its investments in engineered systems — and its IP in Oracle 12c databases and Oracle Enterprise Linux — to support growing database workloads with Oracle-configured and managed servers that support end-to-end hybrid cloud solutions for the enterprise.
At its annual Zadara Summit 2015 held in Las Vegas, NV, the company welcomed 75 of its very loyal customers. Neuralytix was invited as one of only three analyst firms to attend this event.

On June 23, 2015, NetApp announced an all flash addition to its FAS family of storage systems. Neuralytix believes that this is a positive move by NetApp; By providing an all flash array that has all the features tailored for enterprise buyers, NetApp is helping make all flash arrays part of mainstream infrastructure.
