Neuralytix to Participate at Techonomy 2012

According to David Kirkpatrick, foudner, host and CEO,

“Techonomy aims its programs and content at leaders, but we also believe that the definition of a leader is changing quickly. Thanks again in large part to technology, power is being broadly dispersed in society. Leaders are emerging at every level of society more rapidly and fluidly than ever before. Social and business structures are flattening as the very notion of leadership is evolving to recognize that the most effective leadership is collaborative and in some ways collective. We make our programs accessible to a wide audience because it is impossible to know where leaders will emerge, and because the world increasingly recognizes that, for better or worse, we are all in this together.”

AppSense: Making Sense of BYOD

On September 26, 2012, AppSense held its fourth annual Analysts’ Summit in Boston, MA. Neuralytix was invited to participate in this conference. In this Neuraspective™, Neuralytix provides an analysis of the direction and roadmap presented by AppSense during this conference.

White Paper – Improving Business Value and Creating Competitive Advantage with the Kognitio Analytical Platform

Enterprises have a lot of data. This data is generally distributed over many data stores – relational databases (RDBMS), enterprise data warehouses (EDW), or even the increasingly popular Hadoop framework.

However, What they do with the data, and how they leverage that data could mean the difference between being a market leader or a laggard.

In this White Paper, Neuralytix examines the challenges enterprises face when they try to integrate all these datasets for analytic purposes. Appropriate analysis can create strategic business value and competitive advantage resulting in dramatically improved revenue, better managed costs and the associated improvement in profits.

But to achieve these advantages, enterprises must be able to process, analyze and visualize this data quickly – timeliness is the key. Traditional approaches are encumbered by the exponential increases in data; and the overhead associated with integrating datasets, analyzing datasets and efficiently producing consumable information that enables more informed decision making. They must also be able to do this in an ad hoc manner to take advantage of opportunistic circumstances.

Neuralytix believes that Kognitio, with its Kognitio Analytical Platform provides a cost effective way of reducing the time-to-insight for enterprises

Re(de)fining Big Data

When it’s all said and done, Big Data is not about technology, but how technology creates business value. In this Communiqué, Neuralytix examines the possible refining or re-defining of the concept of Big Data. We propose an alternative to the standard “V”’s that most of the market research firms have adopted.

Instead, Neuralytix proposes the following definition for Big Data: “a set of technologies that creates strategic organization value by leveraging contextualized complete data sets.”
