Salesforce.com Power Users prefer self-help

A survey of 170 Salesforce Power Users Group members reveals that respondents prefer self-help and online resources over those involving person-to-person interaction. While this may be because of convenience and costs associated with in-person support, it is wise not to ignore the social costs of in-person support options when deciding on a mix of support options.
